Testimonials

We are very pleased with the way you handled the sale of our apartment.  You are a true professional in your business.  Your beautiful personality is definitely an asset to your career.  The whole experience from the showing to the closing was handled very well - professionally.        We'll keep in touch.  Good luck and thank you!                        Mr. & Mrs. Baksh

My wife and I recently sold our house with the help of Elizabeth Floros and I am writing this long overdue letter to let you know of our satisfaction with the service.   I would like to praise your efforts because from the start you worked very hard to sell our property and to make the process as easy and trouble free as possible.  Everything was dealt with in a timely and professional fashion.  Again, let me say thanks, and assure you that I would recommend your services to anyone buying or selling a property.        Anthony & Barbara Mangini

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Please celebrate with me the fact that the final two mortgage payments on loan #091... are enclosed in this envelope.

It has been a long and varied 29 years since my young family moved into this house.  Now the kids are raised and gone, my wife has died and I am left with a house full of sweet and wonderful memories.

But do not feel sad for me or for my family.  Instead, celebrate the fact that this house has been a significant part of the life of a family that has loved it and in return, seems to have been loved by the house.  In this house my wife and I weathered hurricanes, survived family crisis of many varieties, more birthday parties than I want to count, and we have seen three lovely children reach maturity and begin to play their parts in this world in which we live.  This house has been a refuge and a heaven for all of us to return to as we tried to meet the challenges of this crazy world in which we life.  What comfort these four walls have given us and what lovely memories we all have.  And while we have never felt that this house wasn't ours, it is now very nice to know that the American Dream can be attained and the home is ours.

What is sad, however, is that, in this day and age, so few families will ever again have the privilege of growing up and growing old in a house like this one.

I have no idea who, or even if someone will read this letter.  But if you do, smile for us and be glad that in doing your job, you helped make this one family happy and warm in their home.  Unknown Sender

(I received this letter while working at a local lender, while it may have been sent to other management employees I found this message to be very inspiring and would like to share it with you)
